January: We Have a One Year Old!

A few of Oliver's first steps with his wheels! Grandma Kathi was the lucky one to witness while she was babysitting.  He did manage 4 steps on his own 2 weeks later but you'll just have to take my word for it--no video proof!

We celebrated Oliver's birthday with the Ingersolls a couple of days early.

Oliver is a good little sharer!

He was a bit tentative at first...

...but soon the cake and frosting were flying (much to the delight of his onlookers)!

Oliver took a 2 1/2 hour nap in preparation for his birthday celebration.  Probably the best part is that I slept for nearly that long too!  We were both worn out from the past year apparently.
